- What is a METAL PRINT? With metal prints the image is infused directly into a thin sheet of specially coated aluminum providing a vibrant, high resolution final product. Colors are especially vivid and the visual depth is stunning. This is one of our favorite options especially with beautiful Maui beach backdrops!
- Can you describe the types of photo paper offered? Lustre: The professional lab we work with uses the latest Fuji Crystal Archive Super Type PD, Professional Lustre finish paper. This paper provides more vivid color reproduction, plus improved highlight detail. Pearl: This paper yields high quality glossy digital prints with a distinctive pearl-like appearance, making it great for portrait photography. Matte: With a true matte finish, this paper offers bright whites and a wide color range with a smooth texture. It's unique lusterless surface provides elegant color reproduction with subtlety and warmth. Great with soft, light images, skin tones, and black and whites. This paper is not recommended for images with dense shadows and rich blacks. Metallic: Its gloss finish and metallic appearance creates images with depth and unique visual interest. It delivers rich, vibrant colors and flattering flesh tones.
Ordering Prints Elsewhere
If you decide to order prints elsewhere, be sure to review each image after uploading. Depending on the print sizes chosen, you may need to crop some of the images (Costco, Walgreens, CVS...etc. give you this opportunity before ordering). Be sure to do this, as most printers will automatically center the crop for you, which could cut important information out of the image.
